H&M has been a part of my life for years. In my 20s, it was the source of much of my wardrobe. Now it's a go-to for clothes for my five year old son. I was on their site recently, doing a bit of back to school shopping, and discovered something very pleasing: H&M now sells cute, on trend homewares. And, like their clothing, their home goods offer a lot of pizzaz for just a little cash.
True, the items probably aren't built to be heirloom pieces. But at these prices, they don't have to be. H&M is a great resource for small things that you probably change out frequently, like table linens or pillow covers, or for small decorative objects that don't get a lot of use, like little boxes or plates.
So I say: save your cash to invest in a nice sofa or mattress, and dress your space up with some cunning little H&M pretties. With looks like these, there's no need to pay more.
